Are you a rights holder?

In Ontario, section 23 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees the right to instruction in French, in schools that are equivalent to those of the English majority, to the following Canadian citizens:

– Person whose first language learned and still understood is French: 23(1)(a)
– Person who has received their primary school instruction in French: 23(1)(b)
– Person of whom any child has received or is receiving primary or secondary school instruction in French: 23(2)
